OS X users: There is important information about IDLE, Tkinter, and Tcl/Tk on Mac OS X here. During week 2, the learner will use a free for education PyMol (The PyMOL Molecular Graphics System. The forcefield and topology files are probably only useful together with the Gromacs set of molecular dynamics programs. pdb format and can be visualized with most molecular graphics programs. OS X users: The OS X installers are now distributed as signed installer package files compatible with the OS X Gatekeeper security feature. Below are a number of coordinate, forcefield and topology files that can be freely downloaded and used. In the meantime, please don't be alarmed to see this warning when installing Python 3.5.2, or when scanning any earlier version of 3.5. We've asked that this false positive report be removed, and expect action soon. It features a unique combination of the advanced editing, analysis, debugging, and profiling functionality of a comprehensive development tool with the data exploration, interactive execution. We build it ourselves, from source, on a known-clean system. Spyder is a free and open source scientific environment written in Python, for Python, and designed by and for scientists, engineers and data analysts. This is a "false positive": the file does not contain any malware. Windows users: Some virus scanners (most notably "Microsoft Security Essentials") are flagging "Lib/distutils/command/wininst-14.0.exe" as malware.
